IN THE SUPREME COURT OF PENNSYLVANIA IN RE: REESTABLISHMENT OF THE MAGISTERIAL DISTRICTS WITHIN THE 12th JUDICIAL DISTRICT OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA : NO. 354 : MAGISTERIAL RULES DOCKET : : ORDER PER CURIAM AND NOW, this 9th day of May, 2013, upon consideration of the Petition to Reestablish the Magisterial Districts of the 12th Judicial District (Dauphin County) of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, it is hereby ORDERED AND DECREED that the Petition, which provides for the reestablishment of 12-1-01, 12-1-02, 12-1-04, 12-1-05, 12-1-06, 12-2-01, 12-2-02, 12-2-03, 12-2-04, 12-2-05, 12-3-01, 12-3-02, 12-3-03, 12-304 and 12-3-05, within Dauphin County, to be effective immediately, is granted.
