BRUNO, : : : : : : : Respondent : No. 1910 Disciplinary Docket No. 3 Board File Nos. 180 DB 2011 and C1-12433, C1-12-434, C1-12-839 and C1-121108 Attorney Registration No. 30841 (Philadelphia) ORDER PER CURIAM: AND NOW, this 26th day of February, 2013, a Rule to Show Cause having been entered by this Court on January 8, 2013, and upon consideration of the responses filed, Exhibits B, C, D, E and G of the Petition for Emergency Temporary Suspension and Related Relief are hereby stricken. Based upon the remaining averments and exhibits, it is ORDERED that: 1. The Rule is made absolute and, pursuant to Rule 208(f)(2), Pa.R.D.E., respondent is placed on temporary suspension until further definitive action by this Court and he shall comply with the provisions of Rule 217, Pa.R.D.E.; and 2. The President Judge of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, in accordance with Rule 217(g), Pa.R.D.E., shall enter such orders as may be necessary to fully protect the rights of respondent s clients. This Order constitutes an imposition of public discipline within the meaning of Rule 402, Pa.R.D.E., pertaining to confidentiality.
