IN THE SUPREME COURT OF PENNSYLVANIA OFFICE OF DISCIPLINARY COUNSEL, : Petitioner : : v. : : JOHN MARTIN CAHILL, JR., : Respondent : No. 1745 Disciplinary Docket No. 3 No. 96 DB 2011 Attorney Registration No. 87233 (Philadelphia) ORDER PER CURIAM: AND NOW, this 16th day of November, 2012, upon consideration of the Recommendation of the Three-Member Panel of the Disciplinary Board dated August 30, 2012, the Joint Petition in Support of Discipline on Consent is hereby granted pursuant to Rule 215(g), Pa.R.D.E., and it is ORDERED that John Martin Cahill, Jr., is suspended on consent from the Bar of this Commonwealth for a period of three years and he shall comply with all the provisions of Rule 217, Pa.R.D.E. It is further ORDERED that, at the conclusion of the suspension period, respondent shall pay the costs incurred by the Disciplinary Board in the investigation and prosecution of this matter. Mr. Justice McCaffery dissents.
