ORDER OF INTERIM SUSPENSION
On December 10, 2010, Complainant, Oklahoma Bar Association, filed its Verified Application for Order of Emergency Suspension with the Office of the Chief Justice pursuant to Rule 6.2A, Rules Governing Disciplinary Proceedings, 5 O.S. 2001 ch. 1, app. 1-A .
On December 17, 2010, Respondent was ordered to show cause within ten (10) days why an order of interim suspension should not be entered. Respondent failed to file a response with this Court as directed.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Respondent is hereby suspended from the practice of law in Oklahoma until further order of this Court.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Respondent give written notices to affected clients and otherwise comply with Rule 9.1 hereof within ten (10) days of the date of this order, pursuant to Rule 6.2A(3)(i), RGDP.
