ORDER AMENDING RULES CREATING AND CONTROLLING
THE OKLAHOMA BAR ASSOCIATION AND
RULES GOVERNING DISCIPLINARY PROCEEDINGS

This matter comes on before this Court upon an Application to amend Article II, Section 1 of the Rules Creating and Controlling the Oklahoma Bar Association, and Rule 13.1 of the Rules Governing Disciplinary Proceedings. This Court finds that it has jurisdiction over this matter, and that an Order should enter as follows:

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the Application of the Oklahoma Bar Association for an Order amending Article II Section 1 of the Rules Creating and Controlling the Oklahoma Bar Association and Rule 13.1 of the Rules Governing Disciplinary Proceedings is hereby granted.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Article II Section 1 of the Rules Creating and Controlling the Oklahoma Bar Association, and Rule 13.1 of the Rules Governing Disciplinary Proceedings are amended as set forth in the attached Exhibits "A" and "B", respectively. Publication of these rule changes shall appear two times in the Oklahoma Bar Journal and one time in the E-news of the Oklahoma Bar Association within 60 days of the execution of this Order.
