ORDER GRANTING EXCEPTION TO
RULE 3.2(g) (1), (2) AND (3) OF THE
RULES GOVERNING DISCIPLINARY PROCEEDINGS

This matter comes on before this Court upon an Application for Exception to or Amendment of Rule 3.2(g)(1), (2) and (3) of the Rules Governing Disciplinary Proceedings with regard to the indefinite maintenance of certain disciplinary records. This Court finds that it has jurisdiction over this matter, and that an Order should enter as follows:

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the Application of the Oklahoma Bar Association for an Order Granting an Exception is hereby entered granting an exception to Rule 3.2(g)(1), (2) and (3) of the Rules Governing Disciplinary Proceedings, regarding the maintenance of the disciplinary records and the destruction and disposal of said records.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all records, as described in Rule 3.2(g)(1), (2) and (3) of the Rules Governing Disciplinary Proceedings, which are currently 25 years old and older shall be destroyed and disposed of by a company certified for the destruction and disposal of confidential business records.
