FOR THE COURT OF TAX REVIEW

¶1 The text of Court of Tax and Review Rule 11, Form No. 2 "Notice of Filing Protest", is hereby ordered amended. The following:

shall be substituted for the current rule's text which provides:

"James W. Patterson, Clerk
Court of Tax Review".

¶2 In all other respects Rule 11, Form No. 2's language shall remain unchanged.
