Appeal from District Court, McCurtain County; Howard Phillips, Judge.

Proceeding by State of Oklahoma ex rel. I. C. Sprague, County Attorney of McCurtain County, to confiscate a slot machine. From a judgment of the trial court denying confiscation, relator appeals. Reversed and remanded, with directions.

PER CURIAM.

¶1 The issues involved in the case at bar are controlled by State of Oklahoma ex rel Sprague, County Attorney v. One Pin Ball Machine, Styled 'Nevada', No. 34205, Okl.Sup., 225 P.2d 369, this day decided and the opinion therein disposes of the issues herein.

¶2 The cause is reversed and remanded in accordance with the directions in said cause No. 34205.
