¶0 JUDGMENT--Vacation of judgment against county for recovery of purchase price of tax sale certificates on ground judgment procured by fraud and collusion.
The syllabus in J. W. Parker v. Board of County Commissioners of Okmulgee County, 187 Okla. 308, 102 P.2d 880, this day decided, is hereby adopted as the syllabus in this case.

Appeal from Superior Court, Okmulgee County; Harland A. Carter, Judge.

Petition by the Board of County Commissioners of Okmulgee County to vacate judgment in favor of J. W. Parker. Judgment vacated, and judgment creditor appeals. Affirmed.

¶1 This is a companion case to Parker v. Board of County Commissioners of Okmulgee County, 187 Okla. 308, 102 P.2d 880, this day decided. The issues are identical, and the cases are briefed and submitted together, and questions presented are determined by the opinion in that case.

¶2 In accordance with the views therein expressed, we hold that the judgment of the trial court in the present case was correct.

¶3 Affirmed.
