Where a transcript on appeal fails to show affirmatively that it contains a true, full and complete copy of all of the proceedings on the trial which are properly a part of the record this court will not review the alleged errors.

Appeal from District Court, Tulsa County; Harry L. S. Halley, Judge.

Action for damages by the Local Union Textile Workers No. 1840, on behalf of W. R. Bradfield, W. R. Howe, Edna Green, and 382 members of the local union, against the Commander Mills, Inc. From an order sustaining a demurrer to the petition, the plaintiff appeals, and the defendant moves to dismiss the appeal. Appeal dismissed.

PER CURIAM.

¶1 This is an action for damages. The appeal is by transcript. A motion to dismiss has been filed on the ground that the certificate of the clerk is not sufficient.
