Where, pending an appeal, a satisfaction of judgment is filed in the trial court, the proceedings in the Supreme Court will be dismissed as moot.

Appeal from District Court, Nowata County; H. H. Montgomery, Judge.

Action upon a note by J. J. Riner et al. against Z. H. Bateman. From a judgment for the plaintiffs, defendant appeals. Dismissed.
