ΒΆ0 Equity--Jurisdiction to Impose by Decree Conditions Upon Party Seeking Equitable Relief.
Where a party is in a court of equity invoking its aid to grant equitable relief, it is always within the power of the court to impose upon such party by its decree such conditions as are just and proper under the circumstances of the case.

Appeal from District Court, Oklahoma County; R. P. Hill, Judge.

Action by G. A. Nichols, Inc., against Burton L. Watson et ux. From judgment for defendants on cross-petition, plaintiff appeals. Affirmed.
