¶0 Appeal and Error--Dismissal--Appeal not Filed Within Legal Time.
Where a proceeding in error is not filed in this court until after the expiration of six months from the date of the order or judgment appealed from, it will be dismissed for want of jurisdiction.

Appeal from District Court, Pittsburg County; Enloe V. Vernor, Judge.

Action by the Globe Register Company against Mary Stephens and others for possession of real estate. From a judgment for the plaintiff, defendants appeal. Dismissed.
