ΒΆ0 Appeal and Error--Dismissal--Failure of Plaintiff in Error to Withdraw and Correct Defective Case-Made to Show Final Order.
Where motion to dismiss the appeal has been filed upon the ground that the case-made does not contain a copy of the final order appealed from, which said motion was denied and the plaintiff in error given time to withdraw and correct the case-made and plaintiff in error has failed to comply with the said order or to excuse the refusal or delay, this court will, at its discretion, dismiss the appeal.

Appeal from District Court, Leflore County; D. C. McCurtain, Judge.

Action by Lelia H. McNabb, as guardian of Arthur, Jr., and Melvin O. McNabb, minors, against the Tulsa Life Insurance Company, upon an insurance policy. From a judgment for the plaintiff, defendant appeals. Dismissed.
