ΒΆ0 Appeal and Error--Reversal and Remand for New Trial Where no Brief Filed by Defendant in Error.
"Upon the authority of Ellis v. Outler, 25 Okla. 469, 106 P. 957, this cause is reversed and remanded for a new trial for failure of the defendant in error to file brief as required by rule 7 of this court." State v. Parrish, 114 Okla. 239, 246 P. 1117.

Appeal from District Court, McClain County; W. G. Long, Judge.

Action by Elver L. Rice against E. F. Stephens upon a contract. Judgment for the plaintiff for the costs of the case, from which plaintiff appeals. Reversed and remanded, with directions.
