Appeal from District Court, Payne County; Charles C. Smith, Judge.

Action by the Oklahoma Natural Gas Company against M. E. Basil, County Treasurer of Payne County, for recovery of certain taxes. From order dismissing action, plaintiff appeals. Dismissed.
