¶0 Appeal and Error--Dismissal of Appeal for Failure to Comply With Orders of Supreme Court.
Where plaintiff in error fails to comply with an order of this court and does not offer a reasonable excuse for such failure, the motion to dismiss will be sustained and the appeal dismissed.

Appeal from District Court, Payne County; Charles C. Smith, Judge.

Action by H. Askins et al. against M. E. Basil, County Treasurer of Payne County, for recovery of certain taxes. From order dismissing action, plaintiffs appeal. Dismissed.
