Syllabus

¶0 Stipulations--Disposition of Cause Pursuant to Stipulation that Judgment in Another Pending Cause Shall Control.
Where a stipulation of the parties is filed in a cause pending in this court that the judgment of this court in another cause pending shall control the disposition of the case, this court will not examine the record to determine the right of the parties, but will render judgment in accord with the stipulation of the parties.

Appeal by the City of Ada from an order of the Corporatios Commission granting a revocable permit to the Macthwaite Oil & Gas Company under the provisions of chapter 102, Session Laws 1925. Reversed and remanded.
