¶0 Appeal and Error--Dismissal Where Appeal not Perfected Within Legal Time.
Where a petition in error is not filed in this court until after the expiration of the six months from the date of final judgment complained of, this court has no jurisdiction over the subject-matter and the appeal will be dismissed.

Error from District Court, Bryan County; Porter Newman, Judge.

Action between the Federal Surety Company and E. M. Evans. From the judgment, the former appeals. Dismissed.
