No. 96408, 2011-Ohio-6270, appeal dismissed, 132 Ohio St.3d 1534, 2012-Ohio-4381, ___ N.E.2d ___. {¶ 2} The judgment of the court of appeals is reversed and the cause is remanded to the court of appeals for application of State v.
