Nave was disbarred from the practice of law in the District of Columbia, effective April 7, 2018. In re Brandi S. Nave, No. I6-BG-633. It appearing that Brandi Shanee Nave is also a member of this Court's Bar, and the Court having considered the responses of Bar Counsel and the Respondent to a Show Cause Order dated September 14, 2018; NOW, THEREFORE, it is this 30th day of November, 2018, ORDERED, by the Court of Appeals of Maryland, that Brandi Shanee Nave, Respondent, is hereby disbarred from the practice of law in the State of Maryland, effective immediately; and it is further ORDERED, that the Clerk of this Court shall strike the name of Brandi Shanee Nave from the register of attorneys in this Court and comply with the notice provisions of Maryland Rule 19-761(b).
