Docket AG No. 3 & 9 * September Term 2005 PER CURIAM ORDER For reasons to be stated in an opin ion later to be filed, it is this 3rd day of February, 2006 ORDERED, by the Court of Appeals of Maryland, that the respondent, Eric Jag Kapoor, be, and he is hereby, disbarred, effective immediately, from the further practice of law in the State of Maryland; and it is further ORDERED, that the Clerk of this Court shall strike the name of Eric Jag Kapoor from the register of attorne ys, and pu rsuant to M aryland R ule 16-71 3, shall certify that fact to the Trustees of the Client Protection Fund and the Clerks of all judicial tribunals in the State; and it is further ORDE RED, tha t the respond ent shall pa y all costs as taxed by the Clerk o f this Court, including the costs of all transcripts, pursuant to Maryland Rule 16-715(c), for which sum judgm ent is entered in favor of the Attorne y Grievance Comm ission of Maryla nd again st Eric Jag Ka poor. /s/ Robert M Bell Chief Judge
