McClain, Sr. is suspended from the practice o f law in th e State o f Maryla nd for a p eriod of ni nety (9 0) day s; and it is further , ORDE RED, tha t the Susp ension sha ll comm ence thirty (30 ) days from the date of this Order; a nd it is furt her ORDERED, that the Respondent shall withdraw from and avoid further involvement in the representation of the Estate of Vivian A. Harris and/or Romalis Lassister and/or any matters relating to the property of the late Vivian A. Harris; and it is further ORD ERED , that the Clerk of th is Court s hall strik e the na me of C harles E.
