The subject motions are denied. 2. The appellate clerk’s office shall not accept any further filings in this closed proceeding. 3. With respect to the sealed court filing at Docket 65, the appellate clerk shall file a redacted version of this document on the public record by redacting the “Personal Information” including the dates of birth and medical-health records in conformance with the definition of “Personal Information” in Rule 2.19 of the Hawai i Court Records Rules. The clerk shall file the redacted version of Docket 65 on the record in this case as a new filing, and Docket 65 shall remain sealed as it contains confidential personal information, including dates of birth and medical-health records.
