NO. 30053 IN THE SUPREME COURT OF THE STATE OF HAWAI#I IN RE JANE Y. AOYAMA, Petitioner. ORIGINAL PROCEEDING (By: ORDER Moon, C.J., Nakayama, Acoba, Duffy, and Recktenwald, JJ.) Upon consideration of Jane Y. Aoyama s October 27, 2009 affidavit, it appears that Petitioner Aoyama is unable to return her original license to practice law to the Clerk of this court, as required by our September 29, 2009 order granting petition to resign and surrender license, because she cannot find it. Therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk shall accept Petitioner Aoyama s October 27, 2009 affidavit in lieu of the original certificate evidencing her license to practice law in this State. If Petitioner Aoyama finds the original certificate evidencing her license to practice law in this State, she shall immediately deposit the same with the Clerk of this court. DATED: Honolulu, Hawai#i, November 10, 2009.
