CHANDLER, Defendant-Appellee APPEAL FROM THE FAMILY COURT OF THE FIRST CIRCUIT (FC-DA NO. 01-1-0424) ORDER OF CORRECTION (By: Nakayama, J.) Upon review of the summary disposition order filed on July 20, 2004, it apppears that the citation of the Hawai#i Revised Statutes (HRS) on line 6 from the top of page 3 is incorrect. Therefore, the summmary disposition order should be corrected as follows: See HRS ยงยง 571-3 (1993), 571-8.5(a)(3) (Supp. 2003), 571-8.5(a)(10) (Supp. 2003) and 571-14(a)(8) (Supp. 2003). IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original summary disposition order. DATED: Honolulu, Hawai#i, August 4, 2004.
