Upon review of the record, it appears that: (1) on March 17, 2003, this court issued an order granting a motion to withdraw appeal filed by Petitioner-Appellant Leonard Tavares; and (2) the order granting the motion to withdraw the appeal and dismissing the appeal did not include the circuit court case number, which is SPP No. 02-1-0040, in the caption. Therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the clerk of the supreme court shall correct the order granting the motion to withdraw Petitioner s notice of appeal and add SPP No. 02-1-0040 to the caption and provide the circuit court with a copy of the corrected order.
