App. [148, 158] 31, 38, 859 P.2d 1380, 1384 [861 P.2d 759, 765] (1993). IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original opinion and take all necessary steps to notify the publishing agencies of these changes.
