Therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the circuit court case number as reflected on page 1 of the opinion is corrected by striking 21173 and inserting 2173 so that it reads: (CIV. NO. 00-1- 2173) The Clerk of the Court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original opinion and take all necessary steps to notify the publishing agencies of the change.
