Upon review of the Opinion of the court filed on August 7, 2003, it appears that there is an error in the firm name of appellants counsel in the attorney credit portion of the opinion. Therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the firm name of appellants counsel, as reflected on line 7 from the bottom of page 20 of the opinion is corrected by striking Liver and inserting Oliver so that it reads: Kemp (Oliver, Lau, Lawhn, The Clerk of the Court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original opinion and take all necessary steps to notify the publishing agencies of the change.
