NO. 25072 IN THE SUPREME COURT OF THE STATE OF HAWAI#I STATE OF HAWAI#I, Plaintiff-Appellee vs. LUIS OSCAR RAMOS, JR., Defendant-Appellant APPEAL FROM THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE SECOND CIRCUIT (TR6-8 OF 4/3/02) ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL (By: Moon, C.J., Levinson, Nakayama, Ramil, and Acoba, JJ.) Defendant-Appellant Luis Oscar Ramos, Jr., was notified that he had to either pay the filing fee or file a motion to proceed in forma pauperis. In that Defendant- Appellant Ramos has failed to pay the filing fee or file a motion to proceed in forma pauperis, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this appeal is dismissed. DATED: Honolulu, Hawai#i, September 16, 2002.
