SC01-1509 OPINION FILED: 4/25/02 ATTENTION: ALL PUBLISHERS THE FOLLOWING CORRECTIONS HAVE BEEN MADE IN THE ABOVE OPINION: 1. Page 41. The heading Court Commentary has been corrected to read Court Comment. In the first line of the paragraph entitled Court Comment, the year reference 2002 has been deleted. 2. Page 116. In subdivision (2), lines 4-5, the words in rule 4-1.15 have been revised so they are displayed with a strike-through line to indicate that the words are being deleted from the rule. The words elsewhere in these rules have been added, with underlining to indicate that the words are being added to the rule. 3. Page 123.
