We initially accepted review of the decision of a district court of appeal in Sjuts v. State, 774 So. 2d 783 (Fla. 2d DCA 2000), which allegedly affected a class of state or constitutional officers. See art. V, ยง 3(b)(3), Fla. Const. Upon further consideration, we find that review was improvidently granted. Accordingly, this review proceeding is dismissed. It is so ordered.
