Supreme Court of Florida ____________ No. SC01-1138 ____________ Amendments to Florida Family Law Rules of Procedure Form 12.902(e), Child Support Guidelines Worksheet [June 7, 2001] PER CURIAM. The Legislature amended the child support guidelines, section 61.30(11)(b), Florida Statutes (2000), which became effective June 5, 2001. See Ch. 2001-158, § 15, Laws of Fla. As a result, it has become necessary to amend the Florida Family Law Rules of Procedure Form 12.902(e), Child Support Guidelines Worksheet to comport with the statutory changes. Pursuant to the procedures approved by this Court in Amendments to the Florida Family Law Rules of Procedure and Family Law Forms, 25 Fla. L. Weekly S708, 26 Fla. L. Weekly S13 (Fla. Sept. 21, 2000), input was sought and received from the Advisory Workgroup on The Florida Supreme Court Approved Family Law Forms as to the necessary revisions to the Child Support Guidelines Worksheet form. 1 We have jurisdiction. See art. V, § 2(a), Fla. Const. The amended form is set forth in the appendix to this opinion, fully engrossed, effective for immediate use.
