PER CURIAM:
Homer Walker appeals from the district court's order denying his motion for production of documents in his 28 U.S.C. § 2255 (1988) proceeding. The district court has already entered a final order denying relief on Walker's Sec. 2255 motion and his appeal of that order is pending in this Court. Therefore, this appeal is moot and we dismiss accordingly. We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
