United States of America, Plaintiff Appellee, v. Wesley Paul Tario, Defendant Appellant, 39 F.3d 1179 (4th Cir. 1994)Annotate this Case
Submitted: Oct. 18, 1994. Decided: Nov. 15, 1994
Appeal from the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia, at Roanoke. James C. Turk, District Judge. (CR-89-160, CA-92-594-R)
Wesley Paul Tario, appellant pro se. Julie Marie Campbell Asst. U.S. Atty., Abingdon, VA, for appellee.
Before HALL and MICHAEL, Circuit Judges, and CHAPMAN, Senior Circuit Judge.
Appellant appeals from the district court's order denying his 28 U.S.C. § 2255 (1988) motion. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. United States v. Tario, Nos. CR-89-160; CA-92-594-R (W.D. Va. Jan. 20, 1994). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
