United States of America, Plaintiff Appellee, v. Maurice Cortez Proctor, Defendant Appellant, 39 F.3d 1179 (4th Cir. 1994)Annotate this Case
Submitted Sept. 27, 1994. Decided Nov. 1, 1994
Appeal from the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, at Baltimore. Joseph H. Young, Senior District Judge.
Maurice Cortez Proctor, appellant pro se.
Catherine Curtis Blake, Peter M. Semel, OFFICE OF THE UNITED STATES ATTORNEY, Baltimore, MD, for appellee.
Before WIDENER, MURNAGHAN, and WILKINS, Circuit Judges.
Appellant appeals from the district court's order denying his motion for return of property. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. United States v. Proctor, No. CR-85-547-Y (D. Md. Mar. 28, 1994). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
