Russell A. Lane, Plaintiff Appellant, v. United States Parole Commission, Defendant Appellee, 39 F.3d 1177 (4th Cir. 1994)

Annotate this Case
US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit - 39 F.3d 1177 (4th Cir. 1994)

Submitted: Oct. 18, 1994. Decided Nov. 14, 1994

Russell A. Lane, Appellant Pro Se. Rebeca Olivia Hidalgo, Assistant United States Attorney, Alexandria, VA, for Appellee.

E.D. Va.

AFFIRMED.

Before HALL and MICHAEL, Circuit Judges, and CHAPMAN, Senior Circuit Judge.

PER CURIAM:

Appellant appeals from the district court's order denying relief on his 28 U.S.C. § 2241 (1988) petition. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Lane v. United States Parole Comm'n, No. CA-93-924 (E.D. Va. May 12, 1994). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
