Joseph Marion Head, Jr., Plaintiff Appellant, v. State of North Carolina; M. Leonard Lowe, Defendants Appellees, 30 F.3d 129 (4th Cir. 1994)Annotate this Case
Submitted June 23, 1994. Decided July 26, 1994
Appeal from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina, at Raleigh. Malcolm J. Howard, District Judge. (CA-94-203)
Joseph Marion Head, Jr., Appellant Pro Se.
Before MURNAGHAN and WILKINS, Circuit Judges, and SPROUSE, Senior Circuit Judge.
Appellant appeals from the district court's order denying relief on his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (1988) complaint. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Head v. North Carolina, No. CA-94-203 (E.D.N.C. Apr. 27, 1994). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
