James Clarence John Temple Thomason, Plaintiff Appellant, v. William Donald Schaefer; Mark Pecevich, Md; Mortonrappaport, Md, Defendants Appellees, 27 F.3d 564 (4th Cir. 1994)
Annotate this CaseAppeal from the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, at Baltimore. Herbert F. Murray, Senior District Judge. (CA-93-4233)
James Clarence John Temple Thomason, Appellant Pro Se.
D. Md.
AFFIRMED.
Before WIDENER, WILKINSON, and NIEMEYER, Circuit Judges.
PER CURIAM:
Appellant appeals from the district court's order denying relief on his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (1988) complaint. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court.* Thomason v. Schaefer, No. CA-93-4233 (D. Md. Feb. 17, 1994). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
AFFIRMED
We deny Appellant's motions for appointment of counsel, for release to an alternative treatment program, and for judicial recognition of his late father
