ORDER (Filed July 10, 2002) It is ORDERED by the court, sua sponte, that the opinion filed in this case on May 30, 2002, is amended as follows: (1) On page 7, line 3, the sentence reading Big Wash called its accountant, Reuben McCormack, as its only witness is changed to read: As its only witness, Big Wash called Reuben McCormack, the president of the non-profit corporation that sponsored the Big Wash laundromat. (2) On page 11, line 9, as counsel for Big Wash contended during oral argument is changed to read: as counsel for Double H contended during oral argument. PER CURIAM
