WYNNE, Judge Antoinette Henderson appeals from the Mississippi County Circuit Court s order terminating her parental rights to her child, S.V.1 Her attorney has filed a motion to withdraw as counsel that is accompanied by a brief filed pursuant to Arkansas Supreme Court Rule 6-9 and Linker-Flores v. Arkansas Department of Human Services, 359 Ark. 131, 194 S.W.3d 739 (2004), in which counsel argues that there are no issues of arguable merit for appeal. Ms. Henderson was given an opportunity to file pro se points for reversal but did not do so. After thoroughly reviewing the record in this case, we agree with counsel s assertion that there is no meritorious basis for an appeal from the circuit court s termination order.
