Cite as 2009 Ark. App. 784 ARKANSAS COURT OF APPEALS DIVISION II No. ALPHONSO REID, CA09-350 Opinion Delivered APPELLANT V. ARKANSAS DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES, APPELLEE 18 NOVEMBER 2009 APPEAL FROM THE MILLER COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT, [NO. JV-2008-262-1] HONORABLE JOE E. GRIFFIN, JUDGE AFFIRMED D. P. MARSHALL JR., Judge Alphonso Reid appeals from an order adjudicating his daughters, A.R. and C.R., dependent-neglected after DHS took them and other children into emergency custody from the Tony Alamo Christian Ministries compound in Fouke, Arkansas, in September 2008. At this adjudication hearing, the circuit court also heard the evidence concerning the daughters of Brian Broderick, and it considered some video-deposition testimony that another circuit court admitted at an adjudication hearing for the daughters of Greg Seago. The circuit court adjudicated Reid’s and Broderick’s daughters dependentneglected for the same reasons, and it imposed the same requirements on Reid as it did on Broderick. The circuit court hearing the Seago case made similar findings and Cite as 2009 Ark. App. 784 reached the same result. Today, we are affirming the circuit courts’ decisions in the appeals brought by Seago and Broderick. For the same reasons expressed in those opinions, we affirm the circuit court’s decision finding Reid’s daughters dependentneglected. Affirmed. VAUGHT, C.J., and GLADWIN, J., agree. -2-
