ARKANSAS COURT OF APPEALS
NOT DESIGNATED FOR PUBLICATION
JOHN M AUZY PITTM AN, CHIEF JUDGE
DIVISION III
CACR06-1272
May 23, 2007
CRAIG FULLER
APPELLANT
APPEAL FROM THE SALINE COUNTY
CIRCUIT COURT
[NO. CR03-309-3]
HON. GRISHAM A. PHILLIPS, JR.
JUDGE
V.
STATE OF ARKANSAS
APPELLEE
APPEAL DISMISSED
This case purports to be an appeal from a conditional guilty plea pursuant to Ark. R.
Crim. P. Rule 24.3. However, the notice of appeal states only that the appeal is taken from
the denial of the trial court’s motion to suppress. A notice of appeal pursuant to Ark. R. Crim.
P. 24.3(b) requires an appeal to be from the judgment; an appeal from the denial of the motion
to suppress is insufficient. Hill v. State, 363 Ark. 371, 215 S.W.3d 586 (2005). Because the
notice of appeal is insufficient, we lack jurisdiction, and we dismiss.
Appeal dismissed.
B IRD and GRIFFEN, JJ., agree.
