This is the second appeal of a Workers' Compensation Commission decision in one of several hearing-loss cases involving appellant, ALCOA, and various employees. This case involves appellee, Sammy Robbecke. We reverse.

We base our decision upon the opinion rendered this date in ALCOA v. Rollon, CA01-638 (Dec. 19, 2001). Pursuant to section (d) of In re Memorandum Opinions, 16 Ark. App. 301, 700 S.W.2d 63 (1985), we issue this memorandum opinion.

Reversed.
