§ 55-79.96. Declarant to deliver declaration, etc., to purchaser
VA Code § 55-79.96 (2015) What's This?
The declarant shall within ten days of recordation of the condominium instruments as provided for in ยงยง 55-79.45 and 55-79.49 hereof, forward to each purchaser at his last known address by first-class mail, return receipt requested, an exact copy of the recorded declaration and bylaws.
