Title 55 - Property and Conveyances
§ 55-177. Trial by jury; judgment of court

VA Code § 55-177 (2015) What's This?

The court may cause a jury to be impaneled to ascertain any facts which may be disputed and if it see fit may set aside the verdict and have a new jury impaneled. Its decision shall be such as the rights of the petitioner may require.
