19.2-386. How forfeitures of property not otherwise provided for areenforced.

Except as otherwise specifically provided by law, whenever any property isforfeited to the Commonwealth by reason of the violation of any law, thecourt before which the offender is convicted shall order sale or otherdisposition of the property and proceeds of any such sale as provided for in 19.2-381 through 19.2-384.
