4113.22 Duty of prosecuting attorney.
OH Rev Code § 4113.22 What's This?
The prosecuting attorney, upon complaint made to him of a violation of section 4113.18 or 4113.19 of the Revised Code, shall cause such complaint to be investigated before the grand jury.
