Chapter 611 - Employment Agencies and Offices
NRS 611.450 - Written agreement regarding employment relationship with leased employees.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 611.450 (2022)
The employment relationship with workers provided by a professional employer organization to a client company must be established by written agreement between the professional employer organization and the client company. The professional employer organization shall give written notice of the employment relationship to each leased employee assigned to perform services for the client company.
